About Our Returns Policies
Products must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition. This includes any attached tags (product tags and security tags), and where applicable, hygiene seals.
Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:
- Items that Can’t be Returned (noted at the beginning of the product description)
- Used product
- Items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery
To determine if a product has a longer or shorter return timeline, locate at the product description section . If the product type isn’t listed or doesn’t state another returns time frame, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
Discounted items are eligible for returns, but a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund due because the item is made-on-demand for you.
All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
Customized products include products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or printing. To file a claim for these items please note the following:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt of item for return.
- Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, our not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered.
- Return are accepted if there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by us.
- All product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.

To start the return process, please include the following information:
- Order number
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Photos of the whole product front and back
- Photo of the Shipping label
We review claims within 24 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, replacement generally takes 5 – 14 business days to arrive.
Refunds
When you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary. Check the payment method refunded and the status of your refund in Your Orders.
After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Certain items can take up to 30 days. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.
Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to following list for more details.
- Credit card – Three to five business days
- Debit card – Up to 10 business days
- Pre-paid credit card – Up to 30 days (depending on the issuer of the card)
